Purpose of the Role : A distinctive role inside the People function. You will be the technical owner of Keyloop’s People Technology and data infrastructure, and a key enabler of AI adoption across HR and the wider G&A functions (Finance, Legal, Facilities, and others).

You will rebuild and own our HR analytics platform, build the integrations and pipelines behind it, and act as our internal expert on AI adoption. The role combines hands-on building with teaching and influencing, working autonomously with senior leadership and external partners.
