Job Details

Experience: 2–5 years of mandatory experience in Corporate Banking / Wholesale Banking credit roles -Strong experience in credit appraisal for large corporates / mid-market clients -Solid understanding of banking products (CC/OD, term loans, BG/LC, etc.) -Expertise in financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and rating frameworks -Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting

Responsibilities

Perform credit underwriting and appraisal for corporate/wholesale banking clients, including detailed credit reports -Prepare end-to-end credit proposals (industry & peer analysis, risk assessment, internal rating, documentation, collateral evaluation) -Conduct financial analysis (cash flow, working capital, leverage, EV, ratio analysis) -Evaluate loan structures , including term loans, working capital facilities, and trade finance exposures -Assess financial & non-financial covenants and monitor compliance -Analyze collateral/security structures (fund-based & non-fund-based limits) -Build and review financial models and projections Required Skills &amp
