About the Role
Overview This role sits within ManpowerGroup Singapore and is focused on one thing: winning new clients . You will build revenue pipelines from scratch through proactive outreach, prospecting, and market engagement across the Singapore market. The focus is on new business and new logos - and to own and grow the accounts you win.
What you'll do Identify and engage companies we are not currently working with Build a pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and market activity Approach companies expanding or entering Singapore Start conversations with decision-makers (HR, TA, business leaders) Convert opportunities into active client engagements Own and develop client relationships post-win What you'll work with Workforce solutions across permanent hiring, contract staffing, and talent pipelines Internal delivery teams who support fulfilment while you retain client ownership What you bring
Job Details
Experience: in business development, sales, or agency recruitment Strong cold outreach and pipeline-building capability Track record of winning new clients or opening accounts Ability to operate independently and build from zero Familiarity with Singapore market is an advantage What defines success This role is built for individuals who measure success by what they win - and how they grow it.
