Sales Representative

About the Role

Actively involved in outdoor marketing and field sales to drive membership and client engagement. Responsible for coordinating events and promotions to boost club visibility and lead generation. Attend incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to potential leads and prospects.

Maintain flexible work hours , with a willingness to work extended hours when required. Expected to work on weekends , aligning with the operational needs of the club. Focused on generating quality leads through outdoor campaigns and follow-ups. Accountable for meeting assigned sales targets through effective prospecting and conversions.

Conduct timely follow-ups and lead conversion to increase memberships and revenue. Operate and manage the club's software tools for lead tracking, reporting, and communication. Handle the pre-sales activities of the club, which includes executing marketing strategies using flyers, inserts, and other outdoor materials . ##
