Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.Generate leads and acquire new customers.Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and builders.Conduct product presentations and site visits.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Required Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills.Knowledge of building materials (tile adhesive, grout, waterproofing, cement products, tiles, etc.).Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Market analysis and strategic planning.Team management and leadership.
