•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful insights. •Proficiency in data analytics and statistics to support quantitative analysis and reporting. •Experience or familiarity with data modeling concepts to structure data for analysis and visualization. •Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Basic knowledge of tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial. •Interest in the K–12 education sector and a passion for using data to improve learner experiences. •Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate via digital tools. •Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing datasets, generating reports and dashboards, and identifying trends that can guide product and content decisions.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations, and help refine metrics that measure the impact of events, competitions, and mentorship programs. This is an internship role, performed fully remotely, offering exposure to an education-focused, data-driven environment. ####
