About the Role

Our client is a leading global technology company with a strong presence in digital platforms, innovation, and large-scale software systems. They are currently seeking a Creative Director with a strong copywriting foundation to lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, video, and brand platforms. This is a contract role ending on 31 Dec 2026.

Job Details

Experience: managing agency relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of performance marketing, creative testing, and data-driven optimization. Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the concept development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, video, and experiential platforms.
  • Develop strategic creative concepts informed by audience insights, market trends, and performance data.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality, globally scalable campaigns.
  • Provide creative direction and oversight throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with marketing, analytics, and media teams to optimize creative performance through testing, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies that resonate with diverse global audiences.
  • Champion innovation, emerging technologies, and new creative formats to enhance brand engagement and effectiveness.

  • 10+ years of experience in Creative Direction within an agency or in-house environment.
  • Proven background as a Copywriter prior to progressing into Creative Director roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, brand, and performance marketing channels.
  • Excellent proficiency in English is required to manage global campaigns.
  • Additionally, as this role involves direct and frequent collaboration with regional teams in India, working knowledge of business-level Hindi is highly preferred to effectively liaise with these stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Art Director foundation with demonstrated expertise in digital and social-first creative.
  • Proven experience leading integrated consumer marketing campaigns across multiple media channels.
