• Independently manage a diverse caseload, including post-operative, neurological, and musculoskeletal cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings. .
• Assess patients and develop individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans. .
• Conduct reassessments for active rehabilitation and maintenance cases. .
• Review and update rehabilitation plans and treatment progress. .
• Plan and coordinate patient discharge. .
• Participate in service development and departmental initiatives. .
• Provide guidance and support to entry-level Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, and students. .
• Support cross-coverage within the rehabilitation team. .
• Conduct independent case management and case discussions. .
• Prepare incident reports when required. .
• Collect and maintain statistical data for regular reporting. .
• Participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and peer teaching activities. .
• Recommend improvements to therapy programmes and rehabilitation services.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC). .
• Registered with AHPC and possess a valid Practising Certificate. .
• Possess a valid BCLS + AED certification. .
• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in a hospital or nursing home setting. .
