About the Role

Functional Areas: Tool Room, Machine Shop Roles &amp

Responsibilities

• Tool Room: Operate and handle machine and measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
• Read, understand, and implement blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all operations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and continuous improvement practices.
• Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure equipment readiness.
• Maintain workplace housekeeping and sanitation standards.
• Machine Shop: Maintain punctuality, discipline, and regular attendance.
• Ensure daily 5S implementation and workstation maintenance.
• Take responsibility for the quality of the products being manufactured.
• Perform part loading and unloading operations.
• Inspect manufactured parts after completion of operations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Segregate and store OK, Rework, and NG (Not Good) parts appropriately at the workstation.
• Report daily production output and work status to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. ##
