Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of application design and configuration decisions.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and usability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
• Strong analytical skills to assess application functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Experience in developing detailed test plans and test cases to validate software applications.
• Ability to identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve application-related challenges.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
