Community Manager Intern
About this role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Community Manager Intern to support our team in building and engaging our audience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about events, social media, and community building, and eager to gain hands\-on experience in a fast\-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in managing and engaging with our online community across social media platforms
* Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner
* Support in planning and executing engagement activities before, during, and after events
* Help create content for social media posts, stories, and announcements
* Monitor community conversations and identify trends or feedback
* Assist in organizing contests, polls, and interactive campaigns
* Coordinate with the marketing and events team for promotions and updates
* Maintain community groups (WhatsApp, Discord, etc.) and ensure active participation
**Required Skills \& Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Active on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Creative mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
* Willingness to learn and take initiative
Job Types: Full\-time, Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: ₹8,000\.00 \- ₹10,000\.00 per month
