Campus Program Lead

About the Role

The Campus Head will lead and manage the overall operations of Newton School of Technology, driving student experience, academic outcomes, and campus initiatives. This role involves financial oversight, collaboration with multiple teams, and ensuring smooth execution of programs, activities, and industry partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Newton School of Technology campus and manage its strategy.
• Identify and remove obstacles to ensure teams achieve their goals and maintain effective communication.
• Manage P&L and oversee cross-functional campus teams, coordinating with central program leadership.
• Collaborate closely with academics and student success teams to monitor student progress and outcomes.
• Set up and refine processes to improve student engagement, learning outcomes, and pedagogical effectiveness.
• Manage campus student experience, marketing, and branding initiatives.
• Partner with the placement and training cell to ensure internships and placement outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong collaboration with partner universities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Category Management or related leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; prior software development experience preferred.

• Ability to balance long-term process building with short-term goal achievement.
• Strong empathy for students and commitment to their success. ##
