Job Title: - Brand Sales Promoters Job Location: - Mumbai/Nashik/Nagpur/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Goa Reports to: - Team Lead/Manager Job Summary: A Brand Sales Promoter job involves engaging with customers, promoting products and services, building brand awareness, and driving sales, often through in-store demonstrations, sampling, and customer interactions.

Mandatory Points need to aware 1- As per Monthly mapped store covered 2- Work Time 11: 00AM TO 8: 00PM 3- Grooming Standard maintained daily 4- Hygiene Maintained at the all assets and Place of Sampling 5- Weekend Sampling Fri to Sun 6- Week off on Monday 7- All assets Responsibility Roles and

Responsibilities

• 1.
• Customer Engagement to drive sales on a daily basis 2.
• Complete the sales target defined/given by the brand 3.
• Daily visit to the defined GT/MT Store 4.
• Achieve the monthly and daily targets defined by the company 5.
• Daily Planogramming of the products 6.
• Submit reports on a daily basis and monthly basis on the application and WhatsApp group 7.
• Setup and perform Wet sampling to sample products to customers and drive sales during weekends (Fri, Sat & Sun) 8.
• Build relationships with store owners/retailers to drive more sales 9.
• Maintaining and tracking inventory 10.
• Talk to local salesperson to maintain stock in all the given stores 11.
• Performing consumer survey when instructed by the company 12.
• In a Month cover 4 store as per mapping by company ##

Requirements

12th Pass - HSC (12th Class) - Any Specialization - Age: 18-55 ## Skills - PART TIMER SALES PROMOTER ##
