About the Role
Team Leader As a Team Leader in the blue grey collar industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of technicians or workers to ensure efficient operations and productivity on site. You will be a key player in driving success and achieving objectives within the team.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of technicians/workers to ensure daily tasks are completed on time and to a high standard - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates - Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement or additional training - Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to foster growth and development - Collaborate with other team leaders and management to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards Good to have: - Previous experience in a leadership role within the blue grey collar industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Proven track record of team success and achievement ##
