The Associate, Investment Banking (IB) role at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity to contribute to a broad range of middle-market transactions while gaining exposure to integrated capabilities across firm practice lines.

As a key member of the IB team, this Associate will support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital advisory, restructurings, special situations and other strategic advisory engagements. -based banking teams.
