Branch relationship executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Cross-sell products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, insurance, and investment products.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Generate leads through branch walk-ins, referrals, and local market activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and KYC norms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and process applications.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare periodic reports.
