School Marketing Officer | Nanyang Ave

Responsibilities

• Outreach & Communications Develop and manage outreach materials across channels, including social media,websites, and presentations.
• Craft clear and engaging content aligned with brand voice and target audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure consistency in messaging and delivery.
• Review and proofread communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality.
• Programme Management Support the planning and delivery of outbound short-term mobility and virtual/blended programmes, including initiatives such as the Winter and Summer Programmes.
• Coordinate end-to-end operations encompassing student management, partner/internal stakeholders engagement, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Liaise with overseas partners and internal stakeholders on logistics, credit transfer, and other programme-related matters.
• Advise and support students on academic and pre-departure matters, including course matching, credit transfer processes, and travel arrangements, financial aids.
• Manage mobility systems, student records, indemnity documentation, and programme fee administration.
• Administer post-programme surveys and analyse feedback to enhance programme outcomes.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, and prepare reports and insights.
• General Support Provide logistical support for internal stakeholders students and outreach activities/events, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, material production and shipments etc..
• Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data analysis using Microsoft Office tools.
• Support daily operations and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned to support team priorities.
