About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Branch Operations Executive to manage day-to-day branch operations, customer documentation, compliance processes, record maintenance, and administrative activities. The role is critical in ensuring smooth branch functioning while providing excellent support to customers and the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Branch Operations Manage daily branch operational activities as per company SOPs.
- Ensure accurate customer documentation and record maintenance.
- Verify KYC documents and maintain compliance records.
- Coordinate with branch and corporate teams for operational requirements.
- Maintain branch registers, reports, and operational files.
- Customer Service Assist customers during the gold-selling process.
- Explain documentation requirements and process flow to customers.
- Address customer queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with customers regarding document completion and approvals.
- Documentation & Compliance Verify customer KYC documents and transaction records.
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain digital and physical records for audits and inspections.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- MIS & Reporting Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track branch operational metrics and report discrepancies.
- Ensure timely submission of branch reports to the corporate office.
- Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 3 years of experience in branch operations, administration, banking operations, NBFC, retail operations, customer service, or back-office functions.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. ##
