About the Role

Work with merchants and their agents to identify pain points while providing valuable feedback to the product and tech team. Collaborate with internal teams and risk reducing rejection rates and drop-offs. Get a higher share of the merchants business and customers by building relationships.

Make quarterly business plans with merchants and present forecasting reports of possible outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales plans and marketing strategies. Execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and achieve revenue targets.

Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. Onboarding new merchants monthly to increase market share while maintaining relationships with existing clients. Solidifying, and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders. Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.

Job Details

Experience: Personified professional and Proficient in communication. Capable of managing the merchant grievances, queries and issues. Ability to initiate and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry partners. Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment are required. Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environments. Will need to travel to merchant locations. Flexible to be responsive over the weekends. Strong command over data fetching and analysis. Preferred experience as Key Account Manager in ED Tech / Payment Gateway companies. ##
