About the Role

Accountability: Quality Control Organize for testing, Inspection and control of all income, in process. Finished products for ensure consistent quality products Testing frequency as per the Quality plan Calibration of test equipment as per quality plan. - Monitor the lab results and guide for corrective actions in case of deviations. 2.

Customer Satisfaction : Co-ordinate & arrange timely feedback on complaints samples, test results, test c ertificates to the concerned through timely testing, inspection and analysis for enhancing customer. Outflow Monitor system regularly. If required, attend complaint site in time. Monitor complaints.

Analyze any recurring nature of genuine problem and make action plan for elimination. 3. Environment & Safety: Monitor & carryout all the activities required to maintain good housekeeping & Safety Slandered of section. Liasioning with Govt.

Agencies: Ensure conformation of products to BIS system and to maintain good relation with BIS executives and other inspecting agencies to fulfil statutory compliance. Ensure effective testing and inspection as per BIS procedures. - Ensure adherence to statutory compliance. Liaison with BIS for renewal of license, etc.

Ensure compliance with Environment related statutory requirements. Ensure clearance from KSPCB for Consent Renewals. To be in touch with new regulatory norms of State. Safety Implementation: Organize & coordinate with departmental heads and monitor implementation o f safety practices in the plant to achieve zero Accident target.

Co-ordinate for purchase of PPE Emphasis on use of PPE Motivation by directly interacting with staff and workmen Generate and review of reports and analysis of Analysis of Near Miss Cases Coordinating for Internal training activities on Safety to create awareness. ##
