Operations Intern: The D2C & Retail Summit 2026 We’re inviting a select group of students to be part of The D2C & Retail Summit by Inc42, India's leading gathering of D2C and retail founders, operators, investors, and ecosystem leaders.

Organised by Inc42 Media, the seventh edition of the D2C & Retail Summit 2026 brings together India's leading founders, operators, investors, and consumer brand leaders for a day of high-context conversations and networking.

You'll work behind the scenes of one of India's most influential gatherings for the consumer and retail ecosystem, helping execute an experience designed for the people shaping the future of commerce in India.

Responsibilities

• As an Operations Intern, you'll play a critical role in bringing the summit to life: Support on-ground event operations across stages, sessions, networking areas, and experience zonesCoordinate with speakers, founders, delegates, sponsors, and VIP guestsManage delegate experience, from registrations and attendee movement to issue resolutionSupport speaker management, backstage coordination, and session transitionsAssist with venue logistics, room management, signage, and stakeholder coordinationWork closely with internal teams across content, partnerships, marketing, and production.Take ownership of real-time problem-solving during the event Internship Details Duration: 30 days (including virtual training sessions, preparation, and event execution)Training Begins: July Mid 2026 (exact date to be shared)On-ground Requirement: Mandatory presence in Gurugram during the event days (17-19 August 2026), along with one mandatory in-person briefing at the Inc42 office prior to the event (date to be communicated separately).
