About the Role

The Alexa Endpoints Media Team delivers a multi-device media experience across all Alexa-enabled endpoints. We build the player that handles music, podcast, and audiobook playback for Alexa devices — whether it's a single device in the living room, a dozen devices spread throughout the house playing in sync, or a dynamic Home Theater of Echo Studios.

Key job responsibilities •Drive and lead software design, development standards, team processes, and code reviews. •Deliver high-quality software in a dynamic, team-focused Agile/Scrum environment.

About the team Within the Alexa Endpoints Media Team, the Device Group Management team is specifically responsible for building software that delivers low-latency, low-cost, highly reliable, and highly scalable cloud services.

These services interact with our Alexa devices to power seamless multi-device experiences for customers across their homes. - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

Job Details
