Responsibilities

Define and implement the B2B sales strategy for the Indian market, aligned with company objectives Build and lead a high-performing national sales team focused on enterprise/B2B clients Identify new market opportunities and drive client acquisition and retention strategies Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated sales campaigns Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and channel partners Track and analyze sales KPIs, pipeline metrics, and ROI from sales and marketing initiatives Represent the company in key industry forums, customer meetings, and high-level negotiations Ensure compliance with internal policies and uphold company values in all sales interactions Work cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery ##
