About the Role

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Course Sales Executive to guide prospective students, understand their learning needs, and help them enroll in suitable courses. The role involves counseling leads, explaining course benefits, and achieving admission targets.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with leads generated through calls, websites, social media, and referrals.
  • Understand students' career goals and recommend appropriate courses.
  • Explain course features, fees, schedules, certifications, and career benefits.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person counseling sessions.
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Handle objections and provide solutions to prospective students. ##
