About the Role

About the internship: As an HR intern at Fin Maverick, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You will be working closely with our HR team to support various HR functions while developing your skills and knowledge in the field. Key responsibilities: 1.

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Support employee relations by assisting with conflict resolution and addressing employee questions and concerns. 3. Assist with maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases. 4.

Support HR team with organizing and executing employee engagement activities and events. 5. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees. 6. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the department.

Requirements

• 1) Final year or Completed undergraduate degree.
• 2) Background in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
• 3) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 4) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• 5) Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
• 6) Genuinely interested in people and team dynamics.
