About the Role
1. Manage and optimise Yeti’s social media pages. 2. Plan content ideas for reels, posts, carousels, stories, and LinkedIn content. 3. Stay updated with trends, hooks, formats, audios, and platform changes. 4. Create simple reel concepts, scripts, hooks, captions, and story ideas. 5. Coordinate content shoots whenever needed. 6.
Maintain a weekly content calendar. 7. Ensure consistent posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. 8. Track content performance and suggest improvements. 9. Repurpose content into reels, posts, carousels, LinkedIn posts, and stories. 10. Optimise bios, highlights, captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and profile presentation. 11.
Coordinate with designers, editors, or founders when required. 12. Make sure content does not get delayed due to a lack of planning or follow-up.
