Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail banking customers Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services Cross-sell loans, credit cards, deposits, and other banking products Assist customers with account opening, transactions, and resolving queries Achieve sales and service targets set by the bank Monitor customer portfolios and follow up for renewals or upgrades Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
