The organization works closely with artisans, manufacturers, and small businesses across India to co-create eco-friendly products and packaging solutions. Alongside gifting initiatives, the Maati Collective operates across sustainability-focused areas including low-waste events, waste management, upcycling, and conscious living.

The organization is committed to building a meaningful ecosystem where every product and hamper contributes to a positive social and environmental impact. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Research eco-friendly products, sustainable materials, and conscious brands. 2.

Coordinate with artisans, vendors, manufacturers, and ethical businesses. 3. Support the development of sustainable products and packaging solutions. 4. Curate gift hampers for corporate clients, weddings, and events. 5. Manage client accounts and provide end-to-end coordination support. 6. Assist with packaging, dispatch, and project execution activities.

7. Plan social media content calendars and campaign ideas. 8. Coordinate with the design team to execute content initiatives. 9. Track project progress and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders. 10. Support gifting projects through effective planning, organization, and execution. 11.

Contribute to sustainability research and ecosystem-building initiatives.
