About the Role

We are seeking a creative, organized Admin Assistant to create social content, manage inventory, provide event support, and drive outreach.

Responsibilities

Plan and create Instagram content (posts, reels, stories) - Photograph, style, and edit product photos/videos - Write captions and product descriptions - Maintain a content calendar and digital asset library - Track inventory, receive/unpack stock, and keep thorough records - Engage with online followers and in-person customers; consistent outreach activities to attract buyers - Support pop-ups/events (capture content, help with packing/logistics); occasional admin runs (travel reimbursed) Pay: 10,000 - 12,000 per month

Requirements

Social Media Marketing, Event Management, Content Writing, Digital Marketing, Planning, MS-Excel, Computer skills, Inventory Management, Digital Advertising, English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), Creative Direction and Content Editing Other

Students or recent graduates interested in content creation, branding, or social media - Individuals with a strong interest in vintage, heritage art, or design - Creators who enjoy storytelling and aesthetics - People who are consistent and reliable with deadlines and posting schedules - Candidates based in Bangalore (preferred) or available for occasional in-person shoots/events including exhibitions - Anyone looking to build a portfolio in content, branding, and creative direction
