What you’ll do:
• Schedule calls and conduct product demos and presentations for doctors, clinic owners, and hospital staff
• Understand user workflows (OPD, billing, EMR, pharmacy/inventory) and map them to Medzillo features
• Support onboarding: help set up accounts, basic configurations, and initial user guidance
• Collect feedback from users, document requirements, and share insights with the product team
• Coordinate with sales/ops to move leads through follow-ups and closures
• Create simple collateral: demo scripts, one-pagers, onboarding checklists, FAQs (as needed)

• Final-year Biomedical Engineering students (or equivalent)
• Comfortable speaking to clinicians and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong verbal communication, presentation skills, and professional writing
• Able to learn the product fast and explain it clearly

• Familiarity with SaaS tools (Google Meet/Zoom, Sheets, Docs, CRM basics)
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to handle objections and questions live
Incentives & growth:
• This is a non-stipendiary internship
• Performance-based incentives will be provided based on outcomes (e.g., demos completed, conversions, onboarding milestones—final structure shared during selection)
• Good performers will be considered for onboarding into Medzillo’s core team (based on performance and business needs)
