About the Role
Team Leader As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of blue and grey collar workers in a fast-paced environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure the team meets production targets, maintains quality standards, and operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
Supervise and direct a team of workers in their daily tasks - Set clear goals and expectations for the team - Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity - Train and onboard new team members - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle any issues or conflicts within the team - Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations - Implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste Good to have values: - Strong leadership and communication skills - Problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Previous experience in a similar role - Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse or manufacturing setting ##
