Job Description
About the Role
1. Assist in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance. 2. Support GST, TDS, income tax, and other compliance-related activities. 3. Prepare and update working papers, reports, and client documentation. 4. Assist in audit assignments, reconciliations, and verification of financial data. 5.
Conduct research on taxation, regulatory, and compliance matters. 6. Support the team in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports. 7. Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of presentations for advisory projects. 8. Coordinate with internal teams for obtaining and organizing client information. 9.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records. 10. Support IPO, CFO, transaction advisory, and business consulting assignments as required. 11. Follow up on compliance deadlines and maintain trackers. 12. Perform other finance, accounting, taxation, and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
