Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Analytics & MIS Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics including sourcing, interviews, offers, joinings, and conversions.
  • Analyze hiring trends and provide actionable insights to improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting across all locations.
  • Support the preparation of recruitment presentations, review decks, and management reports.
  • Data Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with location HR and recruitment teams to collect hiring data and updates.
  • Consolidate location-wise hiring targets, achievements, and variance reports.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of recruitment data.
  • Monitor monthly hiring targets and provide regular progress updates.
  • Vendor Management Support Act as the point of contact for placement vendors regarding recruitment data and operational queries.
  • Manage vendor escalations and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Check on vendor onboarding documents till the vendor code is done and vendor is onboarded on the required module Billing & Issue Resolution Coordinate with locations and support teams to resolve vendor billing and payment-related issues.
  • Validate recruitment-related data required for vendor invoice processing.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for closure of billing discrepancies.
  • Stakeholder Management Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Finance, and location teams.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
