Job Details

Experience: 12 Years Industry: Biometric Attendance Systems, Access Control, Security & Surveillance Solutions Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Representative to expand our presence in the biometric and security solutions market. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer/distributor networks, generating new business opportunities, managing channel partners, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Experience: in biometric, access control, CCTV, IT hardware, networking, or electronic security industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strong network of dealers, distributors, system integrators, and corporate customers.
  • Generate new business opportunities for biometric attendance systems, access control systems, face recognition devices, and security solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and business forecasts.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Required Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of biometric, access control, CCTV, or security products will be preferred.
  • Ability to build and manage dealer/distributor networks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline .
  • 12 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or security products.
