Responsibilities
Sales & Client Handling Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries Understand client requirements and project scope Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations Follow up regularly with leads and prospects Convert leads into confirmed projects Technical Coordination Explain prefab/modular solutions to clients Coordinate with architectural and production teams for technical feasibility Assist in preparing quotations, BOQs, layouts, and proposals Support clients in selecting suitable modular solutions Project & ReportingMaintain proper CRM updates and lead tracking Prepare daily/weekly sales reports Coordinate between client and internal teams during project discussions Ensure smooth communication until project confirmation Required Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic understanding of construction / prefab / fabrication concepts Ability to understand technical drawings and BOQs Good follow-up and client handling ability Strong ownership and target-oriented mindset Preferred Candidate ProfileDiploma / BTech / BE (Civil / Mechanical preferred)
