About the Role

Job Title: In-Store Promoter – Organic Foods Job Summary The In-Store Promoter – Organic Foods is responsible for promoting organic food products within retail stores by engaging customers, explaining product benefits, offering samples, and driving sales. The role focuses on educating consumers about organic ingredients, health benefits, and sustainable practices while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Per Day Actively engage 100 to 150 customers in-store to promote organic food products Explain product features, nutritional benefits, certifications, and sourcing Conduct product demonstrations and sampling (where permitted) Encourage trial and increase sales through persuasive communication Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper stock placement Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to store management Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales/marketing team Follow food safety, hygiene, and store policies at all times Achieve daily or monthly sales targets and promotional goals

Requirements

12th Pass - HSC (12th Class) - Any Specialization - Age: 18-55 ## Skills - In store Promoter ##

Qualifications

• & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in nutrition or food science is a plus Prior experience in retail sales, promotions, or FMCG preferred Knowledge of organic foods, health products, or wellness trends is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
