About the Role

About the internship: Position: Graphic Design Intern Duration: 6 Months Paid Internship (Stipend) Mode: On-site/Remote (as applicable) Lock-in Period: 6 Months

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern who can support our marketing team by designing eye-catching visuals for social media, branding, and digital campaigns. You will work closely with the social media team, learn real industry workflows, and contribute to live client projects. Day-to-Day

Responsibilities

• Designing social media posts, stories, reels covers, and ads for clients and the agency.
• Creating banners, thumbnails, posters, and marketing collaterals as required.
• Working with the content and social media team to convert ideas into visuals.
• Understanding client brand guidelines and ensuring consistency in design.
• Editing and retouching images when needed.
• Experimenting with color combinations, typography, styles, layouts to create creative variations.
• Preparing multiple design options for campaigns and designs.
• Staying updated with latest design trends, UI/UX styles, and social media formats.
• Managing project files properly in drive/folders for easy accessibility.
• Making corrections or revisions based on feedback from the team or clients.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions for creative ideas and concepts.
• Ensuring on-time delivery of all assigned designs.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to take feedback positively and improve continuously.
• Time management and discipline to complete daily tasks.
