About the Role

Summer Intern – Business Development Role purpose: Assist the Business Development function to drive growth through pipeline development and lifecycle innovation. A. Asset sourcing & pipeline development: 1. Assist in scouting global and local assets within defined categories of interest. 2.

Track live NPD pipeline projects end-to-end, from launch planning through commercial decision-making, while coordinating with Marketing, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure timely execution. 2.

Develop project management skills by building timelines, monitoring milestone progress, and identifying bottlenecks early to accelerate delivery. 3. Leverage AI tools to streamline pipeline reporting, project tracking, and data analysis while building digital capabilities suited to modern business environments. Desired candidate profile: 1.
