About the Role
1. Lead, supervise, and support field teams to achieve assigned targets and organizational objectives. 2. Plan and execute community outreach activities to enhance awareness and increase service utilization. 3. Monitor and ensure effective implementation of field operations in accordance with organizational guidelines. 4.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders and local influencers. 5. Prepare and submit accurate reports on field activities, performance metrics, and operational outcomes. 6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of outreach and engagement initiatives. 7.
Conduct regular performance reviews, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective action plans. ##
