Sr. Designer / Designer - Fired Heater

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze project specifications focusing on layout, drafting, and 3D modeling of Fired Heater packages and related auxiliary systems.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, including General Arrangements (GA), fabrication details, structural supports, pipe racks, piping isometrics, sectional, and foundation/interface drawings.
• Ensure all designs comply with ASME, ANSI, API, and other relevant industry standards.
• Utilize CADWORKS (2D/3D) or equivalent CAD software to create, review, and maintain detailed models and drawings.
• Collaborate with lead engineers and global project teams to align design deliverables with technical and project requirements.
• Participate in design/model review meetings with internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (piping, mechanical, civil, electrical) to ensure design quality and timely project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior designers within the team.
• Support project documentation, drawing control, and change management activities adhering to company standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by engineering leadership. ##
