Responsibilities
Identify, source, and engage potential candidates for blue and grey collar job positions - Conduct interviews and screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs - Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and connect with candidates - Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and candidate progress - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes Good to have
