Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and activate travel agents as B2B partners for StampMyVisa's services.
- Own end-to-end account management for onboarded travel agent accounts and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Execute regular and structured follow-ups to generate repeat sales and increase order volumes from existing accounts.
- Serve as the single Point of Contact (POC) for all StampMyVisa-related queries, requests, and escalations from your assigned accounts.
- Resolve issues and concerns related to onboarding, order creation, payment processing, and documentation coordinating internally to ensure fast resolution.
- Maintain accurate weekly sales reports, onboarding trackers, and account files for internal review and performance assessment.
- Collaborate with internal operations, tech, and support teams to fulfill orders and ensure seamless service delivery for your accounts.
