The candidate should be able to effectively organize, upload and update customer information, while also addressing level 1 customer queries. Responsibilities

Include • Demonstrate knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing concepts. • Upload and manage product details, including images and descriptions, on e-commerce platforms. • Provide Level 1 customer support by handling basic queries and resolving issues.
