Job Description

About the Role

1. Give property tours to clients visiting the co-living property in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai 2. Walk families through every corner of the space and address their doubts on the spot 3. Handle real-time client interactions involving parents and students and support decision-making 4.

Manage objections during visits and work towards converting prospects into clients 5. Own the client experience during walkthroughs and on-site visits 6. Take initiative to identify what is not working, communicate it, and try alternative approaches 7. Contribute ideas and improvements based on on-ground client interactions 8.

Participate in camera-facing activities such as property walkthroughs, video call tours, and day-in-the-life content 9. Engage confidently with clients without freezing under pressure and respond to queries effectively 10. Observe client behavior and respond appropriately by reading the room quickly 11.

Take ownership of responsibilities and work independently without waiting for instructions
