About the Role

Location: PETTA Department: Administration / HR Reports to: HR MANAGER SUMMARY We are looking for a high-energy, organized Office Assistant to join our team in the fast-paced two-wheeler industry. You will be the "gears" that keep our daily operations running smoothly, providing vital support to our sales, service, and administrative departments.

From greeting enthusiasts coming in for their dream bikes to managing essential paperwork, you will ensure every customer and teammate has a seamless experience.

Job Details

Experience: 12 years of experience in an office administrative role (experience in automotive or retail showrooms is a huge plus). Freshers can also apply.we are preferring male candidates. Two wheeler driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Documentation & RTO Coordination: Prepare and organize vehicle delivery folders.
  • Assist in processing RTO (Regional Transport Office) paperwork, insurance renewals, and registration documents.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain digital and physical filing systems for vehicle sales and service history.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory for the showroom/workshop.
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance.
  • Financial Assistance: Assist the accounts team with basic invoicing, payment collection, and petty cash management.
  • Help track sales targets and service schedules on internal CRM software.
  • Showroom Readiness: Ensure the display area and lounge are tidy and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic comfort with CRM software.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi/Local Language]. ##
