We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR operations — in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation logistics • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases with accuracy • Help organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs • Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and internal announcements • Support payroll and benefits administration tasks as needed • Conduct research on HR trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices • Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide general administrative support to the team What We're Looking For • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with any HRIS is a plus • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a collaborative team environment • Prior internship or coursework in HR is an advantage but not required What You'll Gain • Practical exposure to core HR processes and tools • Mentorship from experienced HR professionals • A certificate of completion and internship letter • Potential for a full-time offer based on performance
