Responsibilities
- Manage Italian Sellers and scale their businesses on Amazon.
- As an Account Management Associate in our EU Account Management team, you'll own a portfolio of sellers, drive their growth through data-driven strategies, and directly impact millions in revenue — all while building your career in one of the world's fastest-growing e-commerce markets. • Work with Italian-speaking sellers to unlock new revenue opportunities • Analyze performance data and deliver insights that drive real business outcomes • Be part of a diverse, global team solving complex challenges every day • Build expertise in e-commerce, account management, and consultative selling Key job responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of Italian Sellers to drive performance and revenue growth - Analyze seller data to provide actionable recommendations for business expansion - Guide sellers through Amazon's programs and features to maximize their potential - Document seller interactions and maintain accurate records of account activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve seller inquiries and escalations - Support sellers in implementing best practices for operational excellence - Identify growth opportunities within the seller portfolio through data-driven outreach - Contribute to team goals by sharing insights and supporting process improvements A day in the life Your day involves connecting with Italian-speaking sellers, analyzing their performance metrics, and providing consultative support to help them grow on Amazon.
- You'll participate in team meetings to share insights, work on process improvements, and collaborate on seller success strategies.
- Between calls, you'll analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for your portfolio of sellers.
- You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex seller issues and contribute to the overall success of the EU Account Management team.
