Responsibilities

Be the trusted first point of contact for clients - managing enquiries, coordinating requests, and ensuring every interaction feels seamless Support the onboarding of new clients with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a lasting and productive partnership Track client satisfaction levels and flag concerns early, working swiftly with internal teams to resolve issues before they grow Prepare clear and polished client reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up summaries that keep every engagement on track Coordinate closely with operations, sales, and service teams to ensure client deliverables are always met on time and to standard Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, communication logs, and account documentation in the CRM system Gather client feedback consistently and translate insights into actionable recommendations that elevate the overall service experience Build a rewarding career in client management with real account ownership, structured learning, and mentorship from day one
