We're looking for a hands-on QA & field support engineer who will be the bridge between our product team and construction sites- testing features, visiting sites, and ensuring our mobile + web platform works flawlessly in real-world conditions. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. js web dashboard following structured testing guides.

Log bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and device/OS details. 2. Field visits & on-site support: Travel to active construction sites (high-rise projects) to test the mobile app in real conditions- intermittent 4G, noisy environments, varying lighting for video capture. Support site engineers during initial rollout and training. 3.

End-to-end product understanding: Build deep knowledge of the full NirmanIQ platform: project setup, tower/floor/unit configuration, capture workflows (structural/MEP/interior modes), HITL review pipelines, and reporting dashboards. Over time, take ownership of client onboarding and setup activities. 4.

Growth into development: Based on demonstrated skills and interest, transition into development roles- writing automated tests, building features, or contributing to our API/mobile codebase (TypeScript, React Native, NestJS).

Basic understanding of web applications (able to navigate dashboards, verify data flows). 5. Good written communication- clear, structured bug reports in English. 6.

Willingness to travel to construction sites in and around the city (2-3 days/week). 7. Own vehicle (bike) for site visits. B. Good-to-have: 1. Familiarity with any bug tracking tool (GitHub Issues, Jira, Linear). 2. Basic knowledge of REST APIs (able to verify API responses using Postman or browser dev tools). 3.
