Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries & concerns over calls Provide accurate information and resolution Ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Salary Package: Fresher: 16,000 (In-hand) | CTC: 2.50 LPA Experienced: Up to 30,000 (In-hand) | CTC: 4.1 LPA.
  • Salary depends on years of experience & last drawn CTC Shift Timings (9.5 hrs. shift rotational): Male Candidates: Between 7: 00 AM 12: 30 AM (Night Shifts 24x7) Female Candidates: Between 7: 00 AM 8: 30 PM (Any 9.30 hrs. shift) Rotational.
  • Week Offs: 5 Days Working 2 Days Rotational Week Offs.
